Our office is conveniently located near Highway 16 and Allenmore Hospital in Tacoma, Washington. We can be found at 1950 South Cedar Street, Suite D. You can schedule an appointment to see Dr. Knight during any of our office hours:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Insurance
Whether you opt for braces or aligners to achieve your new smile, we accept a variety of insurance policies at our office and are happy to bill your insurance for treatment. Because policies and coverage differ and can be quite complex, your Tacoma orthodontist can only provide a good-faith estimate on the cost of your treatment. After establishing a down payment, we are happy to work with you and make financial arrangements for your costs over the course of treatment, offering a variety of convenient payment options to fit your lifestyle.
Appointments
We know that life is unpredictable and you may miss an appointment on occasion. Because we provide superior orthodontic care to many patients in and around Tacoma, we ask that appointments be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Two or more missed appointments or those canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in additional fees charged to a patient account.
